Welcome to Nurturing Somerset Together. By booking or attending our antenatal or postnatal classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking & Payment
• All bookings must be made through our website or authorised contact methods.
• Payment must be received in full to secure your place.
• Prices are as listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.
Payment Plans available soon.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations made 14 days or more before a class will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the class are non-refundable.
• In the event that we cancel a class, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
• We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In the event of premature labour or pregnancy loss, a full refund will be offered with compassion and understanding.
3. Attendance & Participation
• You are expected to arrive on time and participate fully in the sessions.
• For antenatal classes, please consult your healthcare provider if you have any medical conditions or complications before attending.
• We reserve the right to refuse attendance if participation may compromise safety or wellbeing.
4. Health & Safety
• Your safety and wellbeing are our priority. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements before attending a class.
• Our facilitators are trained to provide safe guidance, but participation is at your own risk.
5. Photography & Media
• From time to time, we may take photos or videos for promotional purposes. By attending our classes, you consent to being included unless you notify us otherwise.
6. Privacy
• We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected will be used in accordance with our Privacy Statement, available on our website.
7. Limitation of Liability
• Nurturing Somerset Together, its staff, and facilitators cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from attendance at classes, except where required by law.
8. Changes to Terms
• We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website or email to participants.
